An unexpected welcome at night

Our stay began with a friendly greeting from the day staff, who provided valuable insights about local attractions. The breakfast was notably high-quality, with scrumptious pastries.

The breakfast was very good, wide selection of fresh fruit, serano ham salami and cheese. Various breads and also cakes and sweet pieces. Very tasty and fresh!

Nice rooms and big bathroom with bathtub. Shampoo, shower gel, shaver, hair dryer are provided. Breakfast for 9 € was also very good.

The rooms are very noisy. The toilet flush was very weak and there is no toilet brush.

The spacious double room was bright and clean. The friendly staff offered great service, and i loved the breakfast with its freshly baked pastries.

the air conditioning didn't work well.

Rooms: Comfortable large beds, bright spacious room with lots of lights, large TV, curtains that darken the room very well. Although on the street side it was quiet. Breakfast was excellent, fresh orange juice, churros with liquid chocolate, serrano ham, and much more .. there is something for everyone.

The hotel has a very good location. The subway goes almost directly to the hotel from the airport, +about 10 minutes walk. You can say the location is in the middle of the beach and old town. On foot about 30 minutes. The museums are also within walking distance. Rooms were clean, basically all tip top.

The room card did not work for the spa, we did not ask, it was not that important to us.

So comfortable and clean, such a good breakfast experience.

Staff overwhelmed, because of the amount of guests

The hotel is quite charming, if you consider noise from the street an added feature. Breakfast? Well, let's just say, they really should focus on restocking basic items. I asked for a little extra courtesy, like a room upgrade, to offset my dismay, but apparently, that's not on the agenda. I almost gave this a good review but just couldn't.

Location for us was quite good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Many spoke good English.

The a/c did not work. I reported the issue and it was supposedly corrected. It was too hot in the room. The internet access was lousy. Access for only one hour then another coupon required. Seriously? Give me a break. They already require a code for access. Change the code daily if you have to.

No swimming pool

The room was comfortable, but the air conditioning didn't work properly.

Ideal hotel, it has perfect service, magnificent location in the adjacent avenue.

Nicely appointed hotel and exceptionally clean, great breakfasts, decent location to go to the centre. The breakfast with several options. Efficient service overall and parking on site. Late check-out.
